This 2-piece set of quilting rulers makes a 20 Petal Round or Pointed Dresden Plate and Fan Set. Use this 18 degree circle segment ruler to cut 20-petal round or pointed Dresden Plates from strips with no waste of fabric. Each petal can be cut up to 8 1/2-inch to create Dresden Plates up to 16 1/2-inch. Create Fan blocks by combining five segments. The exclusive embedded gripper circles hold the fabric while cutting when pressure is applied.
