Creative Grids Circle Savvy 11-3/4-Inch x 18-1/2-Inch Quilt Ruler (CGRSAV1)

The Creative Grids Circle Savvy Ruler lets you cut circles, semi-circles, and quarter-circles from 3-inch to 15 1/2-inch and every 1/2-inch in between. 

You can cut a freezer paper template to the finished size and then cut the fabric 1/2-inch larger to add the seam allowance. Or, if you prefer piecing curves, cut the background fabric and the circles fabric with the same ruler.
