Creative Grids Stripology XL Slotted Quilt Ruler (CGRGE1XL)

Designed by Gudrun Erla and made in the USA, the Stripology XL Slotted Quilt Ruler is 22 inches x 17 3/4 inches. The slits are 14 3/4 inches long. It combines all of the features you love in the original Stripology ruler AND the Stripology Squared. 

It has the height of the Stripology Squared – so you can square up blocks up to 12.5 inches – with the width of the original Stripology so you can cut up to eight 2.5 inch strips or 14 1.5 inch strips without moving the tool. This will reduce your rotary cutting time by up to 75 percent. The 2.5-inch increments are marked with squares and the 1.5-inch increments are marked with stars, making it so easy to cut strips without doing any math.

Need to cut in 1/4 inch increments? No problem, just follow the chart included in the instructions and use the 1/4 inch line on the ruler. This wonderful ruler also has 60-degree lines and 45-degree lines plus 1/2 inch lines and additional markings to aid in cutting perfect triangles every time.

The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. When you apply pressure, the exclusive gripper holds the fabric in place while cutting, eliminating slipping and miss-cuts.
