Steam-A-Seam 2 is a heat-activated pressure-sensitive fusible. This makes the tape tacky and repositionable for easy placement of your appliqué, giving you the ability to position and reposition your design before permanently ironing.

You’ll never make a mistake – you don’t fuse by ironing until everything is perfectly in its place! Before fusing, tack your project to a wall or try on your garment to check the appliqué placement. You’re even able to reposition pieces while you’re wearing them!

Use this regular Steam-A-Seam 2 Fusible Tape with heavier fabric, paper, cardboard, wood and glass beads, but use Lite Steam-A-Seam 2 Fusible Tape for sheer and light weight fabrics.
